This is the gang I trained last week. The picture doesn't show it but I'm huge compared to most of them. I always feel odd (more than usual) when I go to Asia.
Last night Barb and I went to a Jaci Velasquez concert at Island Metro Park in Dayton with our friends Mark and Sandi. We had a real nice time. Barb packed sandwiches from our favorite (Jersey Mike's). A fun time was had by all in the park.
Here is a picture of me at Gross Gerau, Germany taken a couple of months ago. The man in the center was my "host" when we moved to Germany. He retired from P&G while we lived there but he and his family have remained friends with us. He is a very sweet man. The man on the right lives here in Cincinnati and is a close P&G colleague. We often travel together and it is nice to have someone "compatible" as I venture into new lands.
Isaiah and I spent time hanging out at Panera's in St. Cloud. It has WiFi and good sandwiches. Barb and Angela are getting their "hair-did" for Chad and Christina's wedding tonight.
Angela really enjoys the other kids on the rowing team. At the awards "ceremony" the other day they had a picnic barbeque. Last night they went roller skating/blading, out to eat, and then hung-out at our place. We love to see her having fun like that.
In recognition of his High School graduation, Barb had me drag out this picture of Isaiah from 1991 enjoying some cake ... which he opted to sample by picking off the Oreo cookies before the cake was even cut.
